Frequently Asked

Questions, answered gently

We'll spend the hour getting to know what brought you in. No forms to fill out mid-conversation, no pressure to have it all figured out. By the end, you and your therapist will have a shared sense of direction.

We're in-network with several major providers and offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Our care coordinator can confirm your specific benefits before your first session.

Start with our Find Your Therapist tool above, or simply reach out and we'll ask a few questions and make a thoughtful match. It's never too late to switch if the fit isn't right.

Research consistently shows comparable outcomes between virtual and in-person therapy. Many clients find the familiarity of home helps them open up more easily.

We ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a session. Life happens, and we'll always work with you if something comes up unexpectedly.

Yes. Confidentiality is foundational to our work together, with narrow legal exceptions (like immediate safety concerns) that your therapist will review with you upfront.

There's no fixed timeline. Some clients come for a few focused months, others for ongoing, longer-term support. We'll check in regularly on what's working.
